Advertising Co-Op

2008 Advertising CO-OP Program

The Saratoga Spa Company will reimburse Dealer 50% of advertising costs up to 1% of portable spa purchases.  All eligible co-op reimbursement will be in the form of Fidelity Award points at a rate of one (1) point per one (1) dollar.  The Dealer’s Fidelity Awards account will be awarded subject to the limitations listed below.

  1. The Dealer must be an Authorized Saratoga Spa Dealer.

 

  1. The Dealer must purchase a minimum of twenty five (25) spas or $100,000.00 in product in co-op year (December 1st – November 30th), which ever comes first.  A 50% minimum of the spas or dollar amount must come from the Saratoga Luxury Spa Line.

  1. 95% of the ad must be geared to Saratoga Spa Company manufactured products.

 

  1. 10% of the ad must comprise of a Saratoga Spa Company logo.

  1. Dealer must submit paid advertising bills or other satisfactory evidence of performance.

 

  1. Proof of advertising must be submitted with our Advertising Claim Form.

Example:  Tear sheets from newspaper showing publication dates.

  1. The co-op calendar year runs from December 1st – November 30th.  Deadline for filing is December 1st on any given year.  Co-op and Fidelity Awards points cannot and will not be issued in the following fiscal year.

 

  1. Co-op allowances not utilized by December 1st of any given year will be forfeited and not carried over to the following year.

  1. The following items are not eligible for co-op credits:  Yellow pages, classified ads, production costs, business card, internal documentation, i.e., (contracts, work orders, etc.) mailing costs or insertion fees.

 

  1. Saratoga Spa Company reserves the right to reject claims for advertising that in any way misrepresents the product, standards or values of the company.

  1. Dealer account must be current and in good standing.

 

  1. Deduction of advertising costs from invoices is not permitted.  All Fidelity Awards points will be awarded by December 23rd in any given calendar year.

  1. Offer does not apply to accessories, covers, parts or equipment purchased separately.

 

  1. Unconventional, unique or original advertising concepts must first be approved in writing.  The written approval must be turned in with the claim form.  Contact the National Sales Manager for details.
